Andrea Jane Corr, MBE Andrea Jane Corr, MBE is an Irish singer-songwriter and musician. Corr started her career in 1990 as a member of The Corrs, a Celtic rock group The Corrs, alongside Caroline Sharon Jim. Andrea Corr was born in Ireland. She's a singer-songwriter as well as a musician and actor. The Most Excellent Order of the British Empire has been awarded to Andrea Corr. She is more well-known as the Celtic and pop-rock group The Corrs. Andrea plays a variety of musical instruments, and sings of The Corrs. Andrea, who made her debut as an actor in the year 1991, then grew into an actor and stage artist. She sang in the playback of Warner Bros.' 1998 animated feature film The Quest for Camelot. Andrea is truly a multi-faceted musician. She has six studio albums two compilation albums and two live albums and one remix. Her efforts to help others have received recognition. Andrea is a mother of two along with her partner in stock brokerage. Andrea started music lessons at the age of eight, learning the Tin flute. Gerry taught Andrea to play the keyboard. Andrea is also a musician on the ukulele. Her teenage years were spent developing her talents in music. Her teenage years were spent honing her musical skills. Andrea took part in numerous plays in Dun Lughaidh Convent.
